Replace exact text matches in a file.

- Must match exactly one occurrence
- Returns error if multiple matches found (use more specific text)

Insert
Insert text after a specific line.

Rename File
Rename a file and update all import statements.

- Scans project for files importing the old path
- Renames the file
- Updates all import statements
- Updates imports within the renamed file itself
- Records all changes for undo
